Welcoming personnel with services like public transport in their area. With quick check-in and late check-out, this hotel was gorgeous. Good and efficient location for enjoying bars and restaurants near the property. Nice places to eat close, bars and restaurants.

Awesome response by desk attendants when problems occured
Don't eat dinner there if there is a big tour group.... Dining room staff directs all it's attention to satisfying the big tour group and totally ignores the individuals.

The parking is limited. The outside parking is not free. Suggest to have free parking when inside is full. And please mension to customers that the parking in front of hotel is not free.

The bathroom was well appointed. The breakfast buffet was very good as well.
No English television channels. CNN would have been good for example. I think the huge bed is too big for a room that size. The fried eggs at breakfast should be done on the spot and not done some time before.

Proximity to the airport - reception staff helpful.
Too many doors to get to the lift from Reception, and from the lift to the rooms. I struggled with my bags.

We greatly enjoyed delicious and free breakfasts and particularly good views!
We had the comfort room and it was immaculate. The location was stunning and the staff was nice and enthusiastic during the whole stay!

Close to the airport , we arrived at night and only used the hotel to stay the night and move on in the morning - only 10 minutes taxi drive quiet at night, green environment, good breakfast
No bus stops in front of hotel to go to the train station , have to walk 15 minutes to catch the bus to the city center staff not helpfull with information on buses.

Staff helped to give us directions to find the hotel which were perfect. The hotel was clean in all areas, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The restaurant at the hotel also served great tasting meals at a good prices and the buffet breakfast was not only very nice and fresh but a great selection.
